Each instrument must have its own unique listing.
FineArchtops.com will not accept a commission or final value fee from the sale of instruments. The fee for listing an instrument is $12 per 30-day period. At the end of the 30 days, the fee will automatically recur.
Finearchtops.com accepts Visa, MasterCard and PayPal as forms of payment for the listing fees.
All postings will be reviewed daily. Any instruments that do not meet acceptable guidelines will be removed. The listing fee will be refunded to the seller minus $2 to cover payment-processing costs. If you have questions regarding any instrument, please email FineArchtops.com at info@finearchtops.com prior to submitting the instrument.
The seller must notify Finearchtops.com by email when an instrument is sold so that the listing can be removed. The seller can also choose to remove the listing at any time by notifying Finearchtops.com.
The price stated in each listing must be reasonable and accurate within the realistic range of what the item may actually sell for. If no price is listed, accurate contact information must be included.
We strongly encourage you to put the price in your listing.
Each listing must contain:
- A detailed description that should include the materials and other instrument specifications, as well as, complete disclosure of any known issues, repairs or adjustments made to the instrument.
- At least 1 but no more than 6 high-definition digital photos of the instrument.
- Contact information such as phone number and or email address.
As part of this agreement the seller and buyer shall arrange for appropriate shipping of the instrument. Finearchtops.com will not be involved with the shipping arrangements and has no liability with regard to such.
Finearchtops.com reserves the right to edit or remove any listing at any time for any reason. Finearchtops.com is not responsible for any and all acts or omissions of users. Please use caution, common sense, and safe buying and selling practices when using Finearchtops.com.
By submitting an instrument for sale you agree to all guidelines, as well as, website Terms and Conditions, which can be found at the bottom of all FineArchtops.com website pages.
